What to Expect

Pre Care

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a consent form.

  • Have your eyes clean of mascara and any debris such as strip lash glue. Eye shadow and eyeliner is ok.

  • Discuss any medical conditions (I.e. congestive heart failure, neck issues, heart burn or acid reflux, etc.)

  • Your desired lash design will be discussed at this time. This includes whether you’re looking for a very natural look or a more dramatic look.

  • If you give consent, a Before photo will be taken at this time.

  • Your bottom lashes will be carefully taped down so that it is comfortable for you when your eyes are closed

  • Full set is a 2 hour process. Be prepared to keep your eyes closed the entire process. We will make your visit as comfortable as possible.

  • The length of your natural lash will be measured and then it will be decided how many millimeters longer you wish to go.

Post Care

  • After all extensions are applied, your lashes will be fanned to help get rid of any lingering fumes

  • Tape or gel pads will be removed

  • You are given a mirror so you can admire your newly extended lashes

  • If you give consent, an After photo will be taken at this time

  • Avoid wetting your eye area for 24 – 48 hours (I.e. swim, spa or sauna, spray tan, use eye drops or sweat)

  • When cleansing your eye area, use baby shampoo with water, oil free make up remover wipes, saline solution, or cleansers that are formulated for eyelash extension cleaning.

  • Be gentle with your lashes. Do not rub, scratch, pick or pull on them

  • Try to sleep on your back, your extensions will last the longest between fills. For side sleepers, use a silky pillow case. Do not sleep on your stomach for that will cause a lot of pressure on your lashes and cause the extensions to fall off the quickest. -

  • Do not use any oil-based products such as mascara, eye cream, lotions, and creamy eye shadows. They will break down the adhesive bond. Use ONLY liquid oil-free make up remover or oil-free make up remover wipes around your eye area.

  • Do not use cotton balls. The fibers will get stuck in the lash extensions.

  • Brush your lashes daily with the disposable mascara wand that is given to you at your lash appointment.

  • Avoid heat (I.e. sauna, steam rooms, facials that include steam)as.
