Late Arrivals

I regret that late arrivals will not receive allotted amount of time. Client may be asked to reschedule if more than 15 minutes late, it is at the discretion of BP Lash Studio.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance due to how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Terms are agreed upon beginning of appointment for first time guests at BP Lash Studio.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
